Refund Policy

IGNITIA provides professional innovation consulting to business clients. Our services are non-cancelable but may be postponed or rescheduled without penalty and without time limit.

2. REFUND TERMS

Before Work Begins: Full refund available minus a £2,500 administrative fee.
During Active Work: Consulting fees are earned against our time, expertise, and services delivered. Refunds apply only to incomplete phases. Completed work is billed at agreed rates.
After Phase Approval: Once deliverables are approved at a gate review, that phase is deemed complete and is non-refundable.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

To protect our intellectual property and resource allocation, the following are strictly non-refundable:

Completed and approved deliverables.
Knowledge transferred through training, documentation, or consulting.
Third-party costs (e.g., software, materials, travel expenses).
Administrative setup fees (£2,500).

4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Include: Contract/engagement number, reason for the request, and supporting evidence.
Response: Our team will review and provide a decision within 10 business days.
Processing: Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method.

5. POSTPONEMENT & RESCHEDULING

We understand that enterprise timelines shift. Projects may be postponed, delayed, or rescheduled at any time without penalty and without time limit.

6. DISCLAIMER

We provide professional consulting services with reasonable skill, care, and proven methodologies. However, market innovation outcomes depend on multiple internal and external factors outside our direct control. Therefore, we cannot guarantee specific financial or business results.

7. LEGAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

This policy is governed strictly by the laws of England and Wales. By engaging our services, signing a Statement of Work, or paying an invoice, you agree to these terms.
